Prozzy - (Working Title) - [In progress; Four actors - Runtime ~ TBA]

A raw, dark comedy in which a reporter stumbles upon a horrid case involving a young foreign prostitute and her son. He sees this as his chance to finally get his big break. To get the details, he finds three people who were friendly with the victim.

- Characters:

Benji - A flamboyant, well-meaning jiggalo. Benji is kind-hearted and works in this field, mostly because he enjoys it, but also because he quite out of place in a professional environment. He tends not to enjoy working under people... not in that way, anyway.

Hazel - A beautiful, intelligent call-girl. Hazel is still at university, but rather than spend all her spare hours working a part-time job, she is smart enough to know that one night with the right man can keep her liesure time free, and her bank account safely out of the dreaded overdraft.

Dot - An aged, hardened, drug-addicted prostitute. Dot is cold and distrusting. She will do pretty much anything for money, but she won't enjoy it - not that it bothers the punters. She has been treated abhorently since living on the streets and thinks humanity is despicable, even if they see her as the problem.

Sheldon - Sheldon is the reporter in the play. He is nervous and ambitious; he means well and doesn't even realise that his capitalising on this case can be seen as offensive by her friends. He wants only  to learn and never to hurt people. Upon speaking with Benji, Hazel and Dot, Sheldon is in awe of their experiences.

Sheldon is soon overwhelmed by their personalities and experiences, especially Dot who instantly calls him out on using one woman's death as a career booster. Upon questioning them, Sheldon learns that there are stories to be told in those still living as well as those departed.
